Alphatrot Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-powered consulting services for small and medium businesses. This policy covers data collected through alphatrotconsult.com and our diagnostic survey tool.

When you complete our diagnostic survey, we collect:
- Email address
- Business sector and operational details (survey responses)
- Operational complexity (single-site vs multi-site)
- Service interest and timeline intent
We do not collect payment information through this site. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics at this time.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To qualify your business for our consulting services
- To contact you regarding your diagnostic results
- To improve our survey and service offerings
We will never sell your data to third parties.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Survey responses are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets) hosted in the United States. Data is protected by Google’s enterprise security controls and encryption at rest.
5. Data Retention
We retain your survey data for up to 24 months after submission. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability
Nigeria (NDPA 2023): You have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access and correct your data, and to object to processing. We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
EU/UK (GDPR): You have rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including the right to erasure and data portability.
California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
